Tamayo Vineyards
Cabernet Sauvignon 2002
Contra Costa
Sumptuous scents of tangly plum, sweet red Cabernet fruit and ripe berries laced with Tahitian vanilla earmark the aromatic profile of our 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, this soft and approachable Cab exhibits warm varietal character from our rich alluvial soils. Layered impressions of rich French and American Oak spice intermingle through the long finish redolent of jammy cassis seasoned with peppercorn and provencal herbs.
This vintage displays all the attractive qualitites of a wine that's ready to enjoy tonight!

Foundry Vineyards 2003
Cabernet Sauvignon
Walla Walla
Our inaugural release is completed with photo and label design by international artist Jim Dine.  Created with fruit from our estate vineyard, Stonemarker, this Cabernet has a touch of Merlot blended in to assist in a full palate experience.  It has a bright nose with hints of ripe strawberry, currant, orange peel and dark chocolate.  Light and smooth tannins with tarry oak, it is well-balanced and goes great with or without food.

Tamber Bey 2005 "Two Rivers"
Cabernet Sauvignon
Yountville - Napa Valley
Two Rivers Vineyard
After 20 months in 25 percent new French Bordeaux Barrels, the 2005 Tamber Bey Two Rivers Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon emerged to reveal a nose dominated by cedar, blackberry and mint. The palate follows this thread by offering cloves, mint, red raspberry and cherry compote. The oak contributes a sweet cream and vanilla element that balances the round tannin component of the wine. Sweet, black fruits round out this exemplary wine.

Adastra 2004
Merlot
Carneros Napa Valley

For the first time, the estate-grown Adastra Merlot is blended with seven percent estate-grown Syrah, creating a fascinating and substantial wine. Cherry-violet in color with a nose of raspberries, cherries and Bourneville chocolate. On the palate raspberries, cherries, vanilla, black licorice, clove stick, with a slightly meaty finish.

Ratings
91 points - Connoisseurs Guide to California Wines March 2007
"Full, rich, deep and highly ripened smells of cherries, creamy oak and  a slightly spicy, clove-like edge highlight this weighty Merlot...remarkably deep and rich in flavor and never lacks for personality...service now with savory roasts and chops."
