Greetings!
The
wine rating system adopted by the wine industry
and most of the consumers is very
subjective, but it sometimes helps the
wine buyer (consumer or professional) to
have an idea of the quality of the
bottle they will purchase. We probably
all had some very bad 90 points and plus
wines and some great wines with bad
ratings. And some other have never cared
about these ratings.
The
debate is open and a good way to have
a better idea of the quality of the ratings
themselves is to open the bottles
and taste!
This
Friday, from 6 to 9pm, we will be pouring
a selection of wines that scored 90 points
and plus under $35.00 (see below for more
details)
And
for those who signed up for the Dom Perignon
and Moet et Chandon Tasting, the fun starts
at 6:30 in the Wine Cellar!
Saturday,
we will be pouring a selection of Cotes
du Rhone red at $9.99.
